Kanji created by combining two or more Kanji as follows.

Este es uno creado combinando dos otros kanji

耳　 +　 又　=  取

mimi(ear) + mata(again,right hand)=toru(to get,to take)

  (oreja)   (de Nuevo, mano derecha  )  (tomar, coger)

 

In  old  days  in  China，many  Kanji   were  made  related  to  wars．
After  the  battle  fields，there  was  custom　that  soldiers  cut  off  the  enemy’s  ears
for  the  proof  of  their  achievement．
The  soldier  who  got  the largest  number of enemy’s  ears  was regarded  as  the  strongest．

Antigüamente en China, muchos kanji fueron creados en relación con el tema de la guerra.

Luego de salir del campo de batalla, los soldados tenían el hábito de cortar las orejas de sus enemigos caídos, como prueba de sus logros.

El soldado que tenía el mayor número de orejas enemigas era considerado como el más fuerte.

日　＋　取　＝　最　（sai means the most, the first, number 1）

( “sai” significa lo máximo, el primero, el número uno)

 

Put the Kanji of 取or 最　in the parentheses.
